Come Fly With Me

The 6th September was Nadine and Tim's Big Day! They booked us to perform during their wedding drinks reception and to greet their evening guests. Their vintage inspired wedding took place in the Heritage Hangar at Biggin Hill, Kent - a perfect venue for two pilots to celebrate getting married.

The wedding was organised down to every last detail by Nadine, the sheer love and devotion she had put into planning took our breath away when we walked into the hangar! Giant ivory balloons were hanging above each table, vintage black and white posters of screen sirens covered the walls and all of the tables were surrounded by Spitfires!!!! Amazing! We sung some of our vintage classics as Tim, Nadine and all their guests drank champagne and had their photos taken.

After some emotional speeches and a beautiful dinner air-raid sirens suddenly went off and all the guests were brought outside to witness their very own private Spitfire display flown by Tim & Nadine's friend. What a special surprise for everyone and what a way to welcome your evening guests!

Once the Spitfire had landed safely and the Bride and Groom had had their photos taken we began our second vintage set. The dance floor was packed and we were thrilled to start the evening reception off with a bang. We had such a fantastic day singing and wish Tim & Nadine a wonderful future together.
